We are conveniently located inside of the Petro Travel Center. Here at Amarillo DOT we want your DOT Physical to be quick, thorough, and hassle-free. We pride ourselves on being a trucker-friendly, walk-in wellness clinic. We provide DOT Physicals, DOT Drug screening, Respiratory Medical Clearance, and Fit Testing.
Your DOT Physical will comply with Federal Motor Carrier Safety (FMCSA) Regulations (49 CFR 391.41-391.49).
You will receive the long form Medical Examination Report and a complimentary, laminated wallet Medical Certificate after passing your exam.
